Customer Service + Shipping

Due to the rising costs of shipping, Free Shipping only applies to *most* (called in) vitamin/supplement orders (only) over $125 for products within the same manufacturer/product line. Items that are oversized/bulky/heavy may incur a shipping fee.  All other merchandise on our site will incur a shipping fee. We will always let you know the shipping cost before shipping out your order or charging your credit card. Thank you.

*FREE GROUND SHIPPING applies only to those orders as noted above in the U.S.A. (excludes Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska) on vitamin/supplement Internet orders (only)over $125.

*All other merchandise does not qualify for free shipping and will have additional shipping fees.

*Shipping charges for Puerto Rico, HI, and AK in our cart are approximate. If shipping charges are more, we will notify you.

We reserve the right to ship your package via the best shipper available. Your shipping charge will remain the same regardless of which shipper we use. If it is imperative to have something shipped via a specific carrier, you must put this in the notes at checkout. Our current shippers are UPS, USPS and FedEx.

To purchase from Nutritional Healing Technologies/APassionforHealthyLiving.com the purchaser must be at least 18 years of age. Customer certifies that he/she is at least 18 years of age and that he/she is the authorized user of the credit card being used for purchase and that address, telephone, and email address information is 100% complete and accurate.

Orders are not binding upon Nutritional Healing Technologies/APassionforHealthyLiving.com  until accepted by Nutritional Healing Technologies. Terms of payment are within NHT’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse any orders upon our discretion.

The Customer is responsible for sales and all other taxes associated with their order.

When will I receive my Order?

All orders are generally shipped within 48 hours following the date the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or the United States Postal Service. Orders should be received within 2-10 business days. Special orders may take longer. Notify us, and we will give you an ETA.

Out of Stock Items & BackOrders

Most of our products are drop-shipped directly to you from our vendors and although we try our hardest to keep our cart up-to-date with all product back orders and discontinued products, sometimes a few fall through the cracks. If the products that you have ordered are discontinued, out of stock or on backorder, we will only notify you if the item will be out of stock longer than 3-5 business days. Once the items are back in stock, they will ship out immediately. If the products are out of stock or on backorder for any length of time, we will notify you promptly. You will then have the option to receive the product once it is back in stock or cancel your order. You will NOT be charged additional shipping if your items arrive separately.

Please note that most of our products are drop-shipped so if you have ordered multiple products from a mix of companies your order may arrive in separate boxes.

We are constantly searching for products that will help improve quality of life. We review data and often consult with various health practitioners before taking on any new line of product. We then try many of the products ourselves. Once we are satisfied with the quality of a product, we will then list it on our website. If there is a product line that you would like to see offered on our site, please let us know, and we will be glad to look into it for you.

RETURN POLICY:

If you have a return, please contact us at 570-421-0665 and leave us your name, order number and products being returned and the reason for the return. All products must be returned in their original packaging, and all returns must be unopened and factory sealed. If you send a product without contacting us first, there will be no credit issued.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your credit to be applied.
Returns and refunds will be accepted within 15 days of delivery date. Any and All returns must be unopened and factory sealed.

There is a 25% restocking and handling fee for all returns. All Large Orders (Over $1000) have a 50% restocking and handling fee for all returns.
No returns will be credited after the 15-day grace period.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

There will be NO returns or exchanges or credits on any Food Items, Protein Bars, Probiotic Products, Special Orders, or other Perishable Items.

TYPOGRAPHICAL, PRODUCT PRICING & DESCRIPTION ERRORS:

At times, there may be errors in pricing or product description (size, weight, ingredients, etc.) on our site. We do our best to keep the site updated, but in the event of any product misinformation or typographical error, you may return the product for a full refund. If an incorrect price is listed, Nutritional Healing Tech. Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order. Also, we have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charged price. Special Orders:

Special Orders are orders for products that are not regularly on our site. Please note: We are happy to try and help you find various products/brands. However, if you order products that we do not regularly sell it is a final sale. We cannot take Returns on special order products. Please take this into consideration when placing your order. If you have not taken the product before we suggest only ordering one bottle so you can make sure it agrees with you.

How Do You Determine Your Shipping Rates?

Our shipping prices are determined by the distributors/manufacturers who ship your products to you. We charge the same or less than what they charge us. Shipping rates have recently gone up significantly.

How Do I Change or Cancel My Order?

Non-Refundable Perishables/Heat Sensitive Products

No returns accepted on any protein bars, suppositories, probiotics or any other perishable item.

  • During Summer Months (June-September) it is suggested that you choose an expedited shipping method for heat sensitive products.
  • All heat sensitive orders received on Friday’s will be held for shipping until the following business day.

Suggestions:

  • We suggest that you select 2nd Day Air or Overnight during the summer months or if you live in a hot climate state any month of the year. If not, your products may arrive 5-7 days later and may be warm or hot to the touch.
  • Please refrigerate your products immediately upon arrival
  • WE CANNOT REFUND OR REPLACE WARM/HOT PACKAGES.
  • A cold pack may be included with your order free of charge during the summer months or when shipping to hot climate states. (It is normal for the ice pack to be warm/hot upon arrival).
  • Most refrigerated products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and most transit times will be between 3-5 business days.
  • Protein Bars/Suppositories/Probiotics will melt in the heat! It is suggested that you select 2nd day or overnight shipping. Protein Bars/Suppositories generally ship from either NH, CT, WA, AZ or MT. If the bars/suppositories/probiotics melt they do not spoil, put them in the refrigerator so that they firm up. If you are concerned about your package being left in the heat outside your door. Please enter a shipping address where someone can sign for the package so that it is not left in the heat.
