Before coming across Whippin It Up with Trish I was looking to do a lifestyle change. I had no idea where to start, I had heard of clean eating and Paleo diet, and had no clue what they were. I have been on almost every type of diet out there and nothing satisfies may like the food Trisha prepares. I do not feel deprived of anything. I can feel and see the changes in my body and overall health. All without sacrificing what I love... But simply just by substituting. I love how Tricia's videos are easy to follow. She keeps everything very simple. There is so much knowledge to gain from watching these videos that you cannot find in mainstream media. A lot of what she refers to was completely new to me and my friends. It is great to have a place to refer to when trying to plan out meals. The recipes do not take long at all which is great! Especially when you have a busy lifestyle. She also gives great alternatives for those who are picky eaters.
