- Do you suffer with an auto-immune disease and looking for a more natural holistic approach to wellness?
- Looking to improve your dietary and lifestyle habits, but just not sure where to begin?
- Do you often wonder which foods are best for YOUR body?
- Need more energy? … Are you tired of fighting that constant exhaustion?
- Have you been trying to lose those last few, unwanted pounds, without much success?
- Trying to figure out which specific micronutrients YOUR body needs?
If you answered “yes” to any of the above questions, then you came to the right place!
My name is Trish Cardone and I am a certified nutritionist (CN™) and board certified holistic health coach (CHHC). My focus is on working with those that suffer with various auto-immune health concerns and gluten sensitivity. I love working with my clients and assisting them in getting to the root of their health concerns. In doing so, I offer them a very customized nutritional/coaching approach.
My passion is to support and educate my clients about whole food nutrition, healthy cooking, and holistic approaches to healthy living. My ultimate goal is to help you create optimal balance and wellness in your life! My nutritional philosophy is that there is not one way of eating that works for everyone. I believe that everyone is an “individual” and it is important to listen to the body’s own intuition and wisdom for answers. Begin your journey to better health by choosing whole foods that are the color of the rainbow, in season and, when possible, organic and locally grown. Have fun and be creative with your meals! Whole foods are delicious, healing and will fill you with vibrant energy!
I am happy to help you in your quest for living a healthier, more inspired life and to support you in creating long lasting, transformational change. Call me today to schedule your Initial Ground Breaking Consultation and see if health coaching can put you on the road to achieving optimal wellness!
I hope that you find the information on my site helpful and inspirational as you explore your journey to better health!
Please feel free to contact me with any questions!
Wishing you peace and vibrant health!
